Each partner of Quasar Associates has significant long-standing experience of providing financial and commercial advice in relation to large-scale investment projects, especially in the transport industry, having been involved in ground breaking transactions in the leasing, rail privatisation, procurement and PFI/PPP markets. We have advised both public and private sector entities in relation to the commercial and contractual structuring of projects and associated financing facilities, having arranged collectively more than £7bn of financing at Quasar Associates and earlier in our careers.
